If you are experiencing difficulty in the functionality of our software please make sure you are using the most recent version available. Please review the FAQ's provided as these contain answers to many common questions.
REQUESTING SUPPORT BY E-MAIL
Send us an e-mail and please include the following information:
Brief description of the problem
Wavefunction software title and version (for example, Spartan'20 for Macintosh version 1.1.1)
Description of the computer and hardware (manufacturer, processor, video card, RAM memory, etc.)
Operating system (for example, Windows 10, Macintosh OS 11, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, etc.)
If the issue is with a .spartan file, please forward this to us, if you receive any error messages, please take a screen capture and include these as well.

If you are inquiring about a specific calculation, please attach the file you have a question about to your e-mail. Including this will facilitate a faster resolution. Please be as thorough as possible when describing any issues. Screen captures (preferably .png or .jpg files) are encouraged. Customers with a current maintenance agreement receive priority support.
