If you are experiencing difficulty in the installation or functionality of the software please refer to the FAQ's provided before contacting customer support.

When requesting support by e-mail please include the following information:

Brief description of the problem
Wavefunction software title and version (i.e. Spartan'08 for Windows version 1.0.0)
Description of the computer and hardware (Manufacturer, processor, video card, RAM memory, etc.)
Operating system (i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Macintosh OS X 10.5.1, Red Hat Enterprises 5, etc.)

Including this information will facillitate a faster resolution, please be as thorough as possible. Customers with a current maintenance agreement receive priority support.
