tips. If you are experiencing difficulty in the installation or functionality
of the software please refer to the FAQ's provided before contacting
customer support.
When requesting support by e-mail
please include the following information:

Description of the computer and hardware (Manufacturer, processor,
video card, RAM memory, etc.) |

Including this information will facillitate a faster resolution, please
be as thorough as possible. Customers with a current maintenance agreement
receive priority support. |
