Wavefunction's Customer Support
has provided the links on the left to FAQ's regarding installation, maintenance updates, and useful tips. If you are experiencing difficulty in the installation or functionality of the software please refer to the FAQ's provided before contacting customer support. When requesting support by e-mail please include the following information:

• Brief description of the problem

• Wavefunction software title and version (i.e. Spartan'02 for Windows version 1.0.0)

• Description of the computer and hardware (Manufacturer, processor, video card, RAM memory, etc.)

• Operating system (i.e. Windows2000, Linux Red Hat 7.2, Irix 6.5.x,etc.)

Inclusion of this information will facillitate a faster resolution to your problem, so please be as thorough as possible. Customers with a current maintenance agreement please e-mail support or call the phone number listed below. Be prepared to provide the name of individual/company the software is licensed to along with the relevant maintenance agreement information.
